Check port Check port

How to read the port check result

The port checker shows whether a TCP service on a selected host is reachable from outside. It is useful for web servers, SSH, mail, databases, VPNs, and game servers.

Open or closed

An open port means the connection was established. A closed or unreachable port may indicate a firewall, wrong address, stopped service, or hosting provider restriction.

Common ports

80 and 443 are commonly used for websites, 22 for SSH, 25/465/587 for mail, 53 for DNS, and 3306 or 5432 for databases. Keep only required ports open.

Security

This tool is intended for targeted checks of your own server and does not replace a full security audit. Do not scan third-party networks without permission.

Useful when you configure firewalls, VPNs, game servers, remote desktops or any network services.

The tool shows whether a port is reachable but does not replace full‑scale security scanning.

Requests are executed from our server, which lets you see how the port looks from the Internet, not only from your local network.

Always respect the rules of your hosting provider and do not use the service for scanning third‑party networks without permission.
